Tengah hari Selasa 22 Oktober 2024. Singgah ke makam Keramat Kuala Bidor di Kampung Bahagia, Teluk Intan.

Tuesday noon 22nd October 2024. Stopped by at the tomb of Keramat Kuala Bidor at Kampung Bahagia, Teluk Intan.

Saya mula tahu tentang makam ini pada penghujung tahun 2001 lalu mula menziarahinya.

I have known about this tomb at the end of the year 2001 and starting visiting it.

Boleh kata setiap kali ke Teluk Intan saya akan menziarahi makam ini lalu sudah singgah entah berapa puluh kali, kalau tidak pun lebih 100 kali.

Could be said every time I went to Teluk Intan I would visit this tomb and thus has stopped by who knows how many tens of times, if not  more than 100 times.

Tetapi inilah kali pertama melihat ia lapang tanpa pokok.

But this is the first time I saw it clear without trees.

Petang sedikit saya bergerak ke Taiping untuk ke Muzium Perak.

A bit later in the afternoon I headed for Taiping to go the Perak Museum.

Kali ini ada pameran sundang, senjata tradisional Melayu yang ada sifat keris bersekali dengan pedang.

This time there an exhibition on sundang, a Malay traditional weapon which has the characteristics of a keris (relatively short stabbing weapon) along with that of a sword.

Seterusnya saya ke Bukit Chandan kemudian ke Kampung Sayong Lembah di mana terdapat masjid ini.

Next I went to Bukit Chandan then to Kampung (village of) Sayong Lembah where lies this mosque.

Dahulu di tempat sama berdiri sebuah masjid kayu.

Ahad 20 Oktober 2024. Saya telah bermalam di Temong lalu bergerak ke Kuala Kangsar. Dalam perjalanan terlihat masjid ini.

Sunday 20th October 2024. I have spent the night Temong and then headed to Kuala Kangsar. On the way saw this mosque.

Sabtu 19 Oktober 2024. Selepas satu mesyuarat di Ipoh saya bergerak ke Sungai Siput. Sampai di Chemor terlihat satu himpunan bangunan tradisional Melayu.

Saturday 19th October 2024. After a meeting in Ipoh I headed to Sungai Siput. Upon arriving in Chemor saw a collection of Malay traditional buildings.

Mungkin ia campuran antara buatan baru dan lama.

Maybe it is a mixture between new and old makes.

Yang pasti ciri-ciri tradisional Melayu cukup terserlah.

What is certain the Malay traditional aspects shine enough.
