OK... Kita kembali bercerita tentang tempat-tempat di Johor... Kali ini tentang Masjid Jamek Mersing dengan memakai tajuk yang sedikit lain. Sila!

Tajuk kali ini sedikit lain kerana saya lebih tertarik kepada pandangan sekeliling yang boleh dilihat di masjid ini. Terus terang dikatakan, saya sampai ke masjid ini semata-mata disebabkan ketika sampai ke Mersing daripada Kota Tinggi, sudah hampir waktu bersolat Jumaat. Kalau tidak, kemungkinan besar saya tidak akan menjejakkan kaki di sini.

The title this time is a bit different because I was more attracted by the views around which could be seen from this mosque. Frankly, I went to the moque all because when I arrived in Mersing from Kota Tinggi, it was almost time for the Friday prayers. If not, most probably I would have not set foot here.

Ada semacam kontras yang menarik antara kereta-kereta yang diletakkan dengan pulau-pulau di belakang...

Terpesona melihat pemandangan, hampir saya terlupa waktu bersolat Jumaat yang semakin dekat...

Impressed by the views, I almost forgot the Friday praying time approaching near...

Apapun, saya tetap menunaikan solat wajib seminggu sekali bagi laki-laki Islam ini walaupun hukum membenarkan saya meninggalkannya kerana sedang bermusafir jauh. Ini adalah gambar setelah solat selesai...
