Masjid lama (Old mosque of) Kuala Lipis

Ini adalah masjid lama Kuala Lipis. Baru-baru ini saya mendapat tahu ia pernah menjadi masjid utama negeri Pahang.

This is the old mosque of Kuala Lipis. Recently I learned it was once the main mosque of the state of Pahang.

Di sebelah kiri terdapat tangga untuk naik ke menara.

On the left there's a staircase going up the tower.

Saya pun naik ke atas.

Naturally I went up.

Satu lagi set tangga...

One more set of stairs...

Bahagian paling atas.

The topmost part.

Sayangnya tiada tingkap menghadap ke laman.

Too bad there's no window facing the courtyard.

Tapi ada satu menghadap bumbung. Sekian...

But there's one facing the roof. That's all...
