Surau batu di puncak Gunung Jerai (The concrete small praying hall at the peak of Mount Jerai)

Kita tambah lagi artikel tentang tempat dilawati dalam perjalanan ke utara bulan Ramadhan.
We add another article on places visited during the trip to north in the month of Ramadhan (Muslim fasting month).

Dari Kulim kami ke Sungai Petani lalu ke Gurun. Terus menaiki Gunung Jerai, gunung tertinggi di Kedah lalu berehat di surau batu ini.

From Kulim we went to Sungai Petani and on to Gurun. Immediately we went up Gunung or Mount Jerai, the highest mountain in Kedah and rest at this concrete surau (small praying hall).

Dewan solat. Kami berehat di bahagian belakang.
Praying hall. We took our rest at the rear section.


Dari serambi surau kita boleh melihat jauh ke bawah gunung.
From the verandah of the surau we can look far on to below mountain.
