Masjid (Mosque of) Al Falah, Hulu Yam Baru

Isnin baru ini saya lalu di pekan Hulu Yam Baru lalu singgah di masjid utamanya, Masjid Al Falah.

The recent Monday I went through the small town of Hulu Yam Baru and then stopped by at its main mosque, Masjid (mosque of) Al Falah.

Tertarik dengan kubah-kubah kuningnya saya pun melihat lebih dekat.

Attracted by its yellow domes I next went for a closer look.

Meninggalkan Perlak sekitar jam 3.40 waktu tempatan, kami sampai ke kecamatan (mukim) Samudera hampir waktu Maghrib lalu singgah di masjid ini.

Leaving Perlak around 3.40 local time, we arrived at the sub-district of Samudera almost Maghrib (time for the Muslim dusk prayer) and stopped by at its mosque.

Ia terletak berhampiran pekan Geudong di mana terdapat simpang untuk ke destinasi seterusnya kami.

It is located near the small town of Geudong where lies the junction to get to our destination next.

Baru saya tahu namanya adalah Masjid Besar Sultan Malikus Saleh.

Then only I knew its name is Masjid Besar (big mosque of) Sultan Malikus Saleh.

Masuk kembali ke perjalanan Medan-Banda Aceh 2-13 Disember.
Entering back to the Banda-Aceh trip 2-13 December.

Khamis 10 Disember 2011. Kami meninggalkan bandar Langsa lalu singgah di pekan Perlak.

Thursday 10th Disember 2011. We left the town of Perlak and then stopped by at the small town of Perlak.

Sempat masuk ke kawasan pendalaman untuk menziarahi makam seorang raja Perlak dahulukala (lihat artikel lama Makam (tomb of) Sultan Sayyid Maulana Abdul Aziz Shah) kemudian baru singgah ke masjid utama pekan.

Had the time to go to the inland areas to visit the tomb of an olden king of Perlak (look at the old article Makam (tomb of) Sultan Sayyid Maulana Abdul Aziz Shah) then only visited the main mosque of the small town.

Selamat datang ke Masjid Zadul Muad, Perlak.
