Di hadapan masjid terdapat tanah perkuburan ini.

In front of the mosque there exists this burial ground.

Terdapat beberapa makam yang terserlah.

There exists a number of outstanding tombs.

Tetapi yang saya boleh baca cuma ini... tersebut nama Dato' Kelana Putra, satu pangkat warisan penyandang jawatan Undang Sungai Ujong iaitu pemerintah tradisional bagi kawasan besar yang meliputi Seremban.

But the only one I can read is this one... mentioned is the name Dato' Kelana Putra, a hereditary title for holder of the post of Undang Sungai Ujong which is the traditional ruler of a big area covering Seremban.

Nampaknya semua makam di sini harus milik ahli keluarga Dato' Kelana Putra.

Looks like all the tombs here should belong to family members of the Dato' Kelana Putra.

Saya dan keluarga pergi ke Seremban lalu terlihat masjid ini.

Me and family went to Seremban and saw this mosque.

Namanya Masjid Jamek Dato' Kelana Petra Sendeng.

Its name is Masjid Jamek (Main mosque of) Dato' Kelana Petra Sendeng.

Ia adalah antara masjid klasik yang masih ada di Negeri Sembilan.

It is among the classic mosques still existing in (the state of) Negeri Sembilan.

Biar diberitahu ini adalah artikel ke 1,100 di blogspot ini.

Makam sebenar Tun Teja? (Real tomb of Tun Teja?)

Di bahagian lain Merlimau kami terlihat makam ini.

At another section of Merlimau we saw this tomb.

Letaknya berdekatan dengan makam yang dinyatakan sebagai milik Tun Teja, seorang wanita bangsawan lagi rupawan yang berkahwin dengan seorang Sultan Melaka. Lihat artikel lama  Cerita (the story of) Tun Teja....

It is situated near the tomb said to belong to Tun Teja, a noble lady who is very beautiful and was married to a Sultan of Melaka. Look at the old article Cerita (the story of) Tun Teja....

Namun ada pihak percaya yang inilah makam Tun Teja yang sebenar. Entah betul entah tak, Tuhan sahaja yang tahu.

Still there are parties who believe this is it the real tomb of Tun Teja. Whether true or not, it's just God who knows...

Galeri (Gallery of) Demang Abdul Ghani, Merlimau

Beralih sebentar ke aktiviti hari semalam.

Moving for a while to activity of yesterday.

Dalam perjalanan dari Muar ke Melaka saya telah mengambil sebuah jalan dalam di Merlimau lalu ternampak bangunan yang diberi nama Galeri Demang Abdul Ghani.

On the way from Muar to Melaka I took an inner road in Merlimau and saw this building which is called the Galeri (gallery of) Demang Abdul Ghani.

Ia sebenarnya adalah sebuah rumah tradisional lama yang telah dipelihara.

It is actually an old traditional house which has been conserved.
