Ke hujung timur pekan Beruas terdapat tasik kecil ini.
Towards the east end of the small town of Beruas there exists this small lake.
Saya diberitahu ia dipanggil Tasik Mani Dendang.
I was told it is called Tasik (lake of) Mani Dendang.
Dikatakan ia adalah tinggalan daripada satu zaman di mana kawasan sekitar ini merupakan pelabuhan kerajaan lama Beruas...

Ketika itu ada sungai besar mengalir di sekitar ini. Tetapi ia sudah lama kering menjadi paya kemudian ditambak. .

What is lef is this lake as a proof of olden times. According to locals it could not be dried up even though there were attempt to fill it up with sand and soil from a thousand load of lorries...
