Makam (Tomb of) Seri Adika Raja Wan Muhammad Salleh

Salam. Pergi pada hari ke-3 dan terakhir perjalanan di Perak 22-24 Ogos.

Peace be upon you. On to the 3rd and final day of the 22-24 August Perak trip.

Tengah hari Rabu 24 Ogos 2022. Saya ke bangunan ini yang terletak di hadapan Masjid Paloh, Ipoh.

Wednesday noon 24th August 2022. I went to this building which is located in front of Masjid (mosque of) Paloh, Ipoh.

Terdapat tiga buah makam di dalamnya.

There are three tombs inside it.

Paling utama adalah makam seorang pembesar iaitu Seri Adika Raja Wan Muhammad Salleh.

The main one is the tomb of a dignitary which is Seri Adika Raja Wan Muhammad Salleh.

Meninggal dunia tahun 1917 beliau dicatatkan sebagai antara orang Melayu paling terpelajar dan terkemuka di Perak.

Passed away in the year 1917 he was noted as among the most educated and outstanding Malay in Perak.

Kalau sudah berada di Kampung Kota, Beruas saya juga akan melawat makam-makam yang ditanda sebagai makam Raja Beruas I.

If already at Kampung Kota, Beruas I would also visit the tombs marked as makam (tombs of) Raja Beruas I.

Di sini juga timbul rasa harus membuat artikel baru tentangnya.

Here also I felt like I must do a new article on it.

Perjalanan diteruskan ke Kampung Kota, Beruas di mana terdapat makam-makam yang ditanda sebagai makam Raja Beruas II.

The trip was continued to Kampung Kota, Beruas where lies tombs marked as makam (tombs of) Raja Beruas II.

Saya telah ke sini banyak kali. 

I have been here many times before.

Cuma timbul rasa harus membuat artikel baru tentangnya.

It's just I felt like I must do a new article on it.

Continuing from Masjid (Mosque of) Kampung Batu 3, Segari.

Seterusnya saya memandu ke arah kuala Sungai Sepit lalu mendaki bukit yang dikenali sebagai Bukit Teluk Kopiah.

Next I drove towards the mouth of the Sepit river and then climbed a hill known as Bukit Teluk Kopiah.

Di puncak bukit terdapat sejumlah makam lama.

At the summit of the hill there lies a number of old tombs.

Paling utama adalah makam Nakhoda Muhammad Taib yang pernah mentadbir wilayah Dinding (sekarang dikenali sebagai Manjung) dari tahun 1850an hingga 1870an.

The main one is the tomb of Nakhoda Muhammad Taib who once administered the province of Dinding (now known as Manjung) from the years 1850s to 1870s.

Oh. Saya pernah ke sini 2-3 kali sebelum itu. 

Oh. I have been here 2-3 times before.

Salam. Pergi pada hari kedua perjalanan di Perak 22-24 Ogos.

Tengah hari Selasa 23 Ogos  2022 saya meninggalkan pekan Lumut untuk menghala ke Segari lalu singgah di masjid ini.

Tuesday noon 23rd August 2022 I left the town of Lumut to head for Segari and stopped by at this mosque.

Letaknya di Kampung Batu 3.

It is located at Kampung Batu 3.
