Hampir ke pertengahan laluan di antara kubur  Birch dan makam Sultan Abdul Malik Mansur terdapat kubur Mat Arshad.

Almost at the centre of the path between the Birch's grave and tomb of Sultan Abdul Malik Mansur lies the grave of Mat Arshad.

Berbangsa Melayu, beliau adalah kerani kepada Birch.

Of the Malay race, he was clerk to Birch.

Seperti Birch beliau terbunuh di Pasir Salak 2 November 1875.

Just like Birch he was killed in Pasir Salak 2nd November 1875.

Sekitar 700 meter ke utara makam Sultan terdapat tanah perkuburan Kristian ini.

Around 700 meters to north of the Sultan's tomb lies this Kristian graveyard.

Terdapat kubur Residen pertama British ke Perak, J.W.W. Birch yang terbunuh di Pasir Salak 2 November 1875 juga kubur beberapa orang pegawai British yang terbunuh dalam Perang Perak-Inggeris tahun 1876.

There lies the grave of the first British Resident to Perak, J.W.W. Birch who was killed at Pasir Salak 2nd November 1975 and graves of a number of British officers who were killed in the Perak-English war in the year 1876.

Salam. Lewat malam semalam saya dan isteri baru kembali dari satu perjalanan ke Perak. Sekarang, biar dimulakan perkongsian.

Peace be upon you. Late last night me and wife just returned from a trip to Perak. Now, let the sharings be started.

Perjalanan dimulakan pagi Ahad 14 Disember 2025 untuk ke Batak Rabit di Teluk Intan. Selepas itu bergerak ke arah Kampung Gajah lalu masuk satu kawasan terpencil untuk ke tempat ini.

The trip was started Sunday morning 14th December 2025 to get to Batak Rabit in Teluk Intan. Afterwards moved on towards Kampung Gajah then entered a secluded area to get to this place.

Ia adalah makam Sultan ke-19 Perak, Sultan Abdul Malik Mansur Syah.

It is the tomb of the 19th Sultan of Perak, Sultan Abdul Malik Mansur Syah.

Kali terakhir sampai adalah pada lebih 10 tahun lalu.

The last time arrived was over 10 years ago.

Kelihatan keadaannya baik terjaga, sama seperti ketika itu.

Looks like its condition is good well-kept, just like it was at that time.
