Pada malam harinya pula, dalam perjalanan kembali ke rumah saya singgah ke Masjid Al-Khalidiah di Rasa.

At night in turn, on the way back to my house I made a stop at the mosque of Al-Khalidiah in Rasa.

Saya telah diberitahu bahawa masjid ini menjadi tumpuan pengamal tariqat Naqshabandiah!

I have been told that this mosque is frequented by practioners of the tariqat (Islamic spiritual way) of Naqshabandiah!

Saya pun masuk ke dalam...
I then went inside...

Nampaknya masjid ini boleh tahan luas...

Looks like this mosque is rather spacious...

Saya sampai ketika masuk waktu Maghrib... kebetulan belum lagi bersolat. Maka saya pun menunaikan rukun Islam itu. Sekian... :]

I arrived as the period of Maghrib (early night prayers) entered... it happened that I haven't done the prayers yet. So I did this tenet of Islam. That's all... :]

Dalam perjalanan ke Tanjung Malim, Perak siang tadi saya telah melalui kawasan Hulu Bernam, Selangor lalu terlihat masjid ini...

On the way to Tanjung Malim, Perak during the day I passed through the area of Hulu Bernam, Selangor and saw this mosque...

Kali terakhir saya lalu di sini mungkin lebih setahun lalu. Seingat saya masjid ini belum wujud lagi...

The last time I passed here was maybe more than a year ago. As far as I could remember this mosque hasn't existed yet...

Rekabentuk luaran dengan batu-bata menyerupai binaan pada istana batu dan kota-kota lama membuat saya ingin melihat suasana di dalam...

Its outer design with bricks and walls replicating that as built on old stone palaces and castles made me want to enter and look at what is inside...

Ketika itu orang sedang bersolat Asar berjemaah...
At the time people were congregating for the Asar prayers...

Saya telah terlebih dahulu bersolat jamak di tempat lain kerana ingin berjalan jauh lalu cuma menikmati rekabentuk yang ada...

I have earlier done the jamak prayers elsewhere (combining the obligatory prayers as allowed under certain conditions) as I was embarking on a trip of considerable distance and thus just enjoyed the available designs...
