Sekarang biar dipaparkan sesuatu dari perjalanan terbaru saya ke Aceh yang dibuat penghujung Februari 2010.

Saya tidak ingat nama masjid ini. Selepas kembali ke Malaysia baru saya sedar nama masjid dalam gambar yang diambil tidak cukup terang...

I don't remember the name of this mosque. After returning to Malaysia only did I realised the name of the mosque in the picture taken is not clear enough...

Cukuplah jika dikatakan ia masjid di kapal apung... kerana ia satu-satunya masjid yang terdekat pada kapal besar yang pernah ditolak ombak Tsunami jauh masuk ke daratan Banda Aceh.

Enough if it is said this is the mosque near the stranded ship... for it is the one and only nearest mosque to the big ship that was pushed by the waves of Tsunami far inland into Banda Aceh.

Allah! Sudah lebih sebulan saya tidak membuat apa-apa artikel baru di blogspot ini walhal bukannya tidak ada bahan. Kalau ikut giliran sudah sampai masanya saya memaparkan satu lagi masjid di Aceh berdasarkan perjalanan terbaru ke sana. Sebenarnya ada 10 atau lebih tempat di Aceh yang menunggu untuk dipaparkan. Tetapi atas sebab-sebab tertentu saya harus menyimpannya untuk lain waktu. Sekarang biar diletakkan sesuatu dari Muar dahulu. Biar ini menjadi artikel ke 321 di sini. Mari....

Allah! It's been more than a month since I wrote any new article in this blogspot although there are no lack of material. By order of succesion the time has come for me to feature one more mosque in Aceh based on my latest trips there. Actually there are 10 or more places in Aceh waiting to be featured. But because of certain reasons I have to keep it for another time. Now let something from Muar be shown first. Let this be the 321st article here. Come...

The recent weekend I went around in Muar and saw this mosque, the main mosque of Jorak...

Walaupun bentuknya ringkas, saya tertarik dengannya...
Although its shape is simple, I was attracted to it...

Saya paling tertarik dengan kombinasi bumbung panjang...

I was most attracted with the combination of long-roofs...
