Masjid (Mosque of) Taman Tun, Kuala Lumpur

Hari esoknya saya pergi ke Masjid At-Taqwa di Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
The following day I went to the mosque of At-Taqwa at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.

Taman Tun Dr Ismail lebih dikenali ramai sebagai Taman Tun, maka masjid ini dipanggil Masjid Taman Tun.

Taman Tun Dr Ismail is more known by many as Taman Tun, thus this mosque is called as Masjid (mosque of) Taman Tun.

Oh. Masjid ini dirasmikan oleh Sultan Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah tahun 1992. Ketika itu baginda adalah Yang di Pertuan Agung Malaysia.

Oh. This mosque was officiated by the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah in the year 1992. At the time his highness was the Yang di Pertuan Agung(rotational king) of Malaysia.

Masuk minggu kedua bulan Syawal saya pergi bersolat Jumaat di Masjid Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya.

Enter the second week of the Muslim festive month of Syawal I went to do the Jumaat prayers at the mosque of Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya.

Papan maklumat ini menyebut masjid ini dirasmikan oleh Sultan Selangor pada Mac 2010.

This information board says this mosque was officiated by the Sultan of Selangor on March 2010.

Makam (Tomb of) Daeng Chelak di (at) Tanjung Bidara, Melaka?

Di sebelah masjid terdapat tanah perkuburan ini...

Besides the mosque there is this burial ground...

Di dalamnya terdapat sebuah makam tertentu.
Inside it there exist a certain tomb.

Pada batu nesan tertera nama Daeng Chelak. Apakah ini Daeng Chelak yang termasyhur sebagai antara 5 adik-beradik anak raja Bugis yang amat berpengaruh di Alam Melayu abad ke 18 Masihi? Perkara ini harus disiasat lebih lanjut...

On the tombstone is inscribed the name Daeng Chelak. Is this the Daeng Chelak who is very famous as among the 5 brothers or Bugis princes who were very influential in the Malay world of the 18th century AD? This matter should be investigated further...

Masjid (Mosque of) Nur Jannah, Tanjung Bidara

Pada hari raya ke 4, setelah 3 hari berada di Muar saya pergi ke Tanjung Bidara, Melaka lalu singgah di masjid ini.

On the 4th day of Raya (the Muslim festive month of Syawal), after 3 days being in Muar I went to Tanjung Bidara, Melaka and stopped at this mosque.

Ia mungkin masjid biasa sahaja tapi saya tergerak untuk melihatnya...
It might just be a common mosque but I was moved to have a look at it...

Menariknya ada mimbar yang dibina sebagai bahagian dari mihrab.

Interestingly there's a pulpit which was built as part of the front-most section.
