Masuk ke UKM saya terus ke Institut Alam dan Tamadan Melayu atau ATMA.

Entering UKM I went straight to Institut Alam dan Tamadan Melayu (Institute of Malay World and Civilisation) or ATMA.

Kelihatan sebuah pintu gerbang kayu di hadapan.

Could be seen a wooden gate in front.

Maklumat menyebut ia adalah pintu gerbang Istana Akar di Kelantan. Istana telah dirobohkan tahun 1970an lalu pintu diserahkan kepada waris. Setelah beberapa lama ia diperolehi oleh ATMA...

The information says it was the rear gate of Istana (palace of) Akar in Kelantan. The palace was brought down in the 1970an and the gate was given to an heir. After some time it was acquired by ATMA..

Tidak jauh daripada kampus utama Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia atau UKM terdapat Taman Pantun UKM.

Terdapat sebuah rumah tradisional Melayu yang agak besar...

There  lies a rather big Malay traditonal house...

Tapi saya dapat membaca bahawa rumah ini asalnya milik Tengku Fatimah Zaharah, seorang kerabat diraja Kelantan...

But I could read that this house originally belonged to Tengku Fatimah Zaharah, a member of the Kelantan royalty..

Berusia lebih 100 tahun, ia telah dipindahkan ke sini dari Kota Bahru, Kelantan pada tahun 2000...

Aged more than 100 years old, it was relocated to here from Kota Bahru, Kelantan in the year 2000...
