Peace be upon you. Almost 2 weeks ago I made a trip to Kedah and stopped by at a number of places. Today I want to share a bit of the stories...
Di Yan, Kedah saya telah ditunjukkan satu kawasan makam.
At Yan, Kedah I have been shown a tomb area.
Ia dinyatakan sebagai makam Abu Indrapuri.
It is stated as the tomb of Abu Indrapuri.
Ini merujuk kepada Teungku Ahmad Hasballah, seorang ulamak besar Aceh yang hidup 1888-1959.
This refers to Teungku Ahmad Hasballah, a major religious master of Aceh who lived 1888-1959.
Beliau banyak berkhidmat di Aceh tetapi kembali ke Yan, Kedah di mana beliau pernah dibawa berhijrah oleh bapanya Teungku Chik Lam U.
He has done much service in Aceh but returned to Yan, Kedah where he has been brought along to migrate by his father Teungku Chik Lam U.
Bapanya telah meninggal dunia di sini lalu Abu Indrapuri mahu disemadikan di sebelahnya...
His father has passed away here and thus Abu Indrapuri wanted to be laid to rest besides him...
