Makam raja lama (Tomb of an olden king at) Pengkalan Baru, Beruas?

Bersambung daripada artikel Makam (Tomb of) Panglima Syamsul Bahrin?.
Continuing from the artikel Makam (Tomb of) Panglima Syamsul Bahrin?.

At another section of Pengkalan Baru we were shown this area.

Katanya terdapat makam seorang raja lama.
It is said there exists the tomb of an old king.

It's just the person who told us this was not sure if it is from the age of  Beruas or Gangganegara. He mentioned it as if both are the same kingdom and of the same period.

Too bad its tombstones are missing. According to the informer aged 70 years old once upon a time during his younger days it could be seen before sinking into the ground...

Makam (Tomb of) Panglima Syamsul Bahrin?

From Terong we went to Pengkalan Baru and stopped by this tomb.

Kami diberitahu ia milik seorang pahlawan bernama Panglima Syamsul Bahrin. Dan  beliau pernah menjadi raja kerajaan Beruas.
We were told it belongs to a warrior named Panglima (general Syamsul Bahrin. And he was once ruler of the kingdom of Beruas.

According to the related stories Syamsul Bahrin used to be the general to the founder of the kingdom of Beruas which is Sultan Malikul Mansur who came from the kingdom of Samudera-Pasai in Sumatera. After Malikul Mansur returned to Samudera Syamsul Bahrin was promoted to become the king of Beruas.

Seorang menjadi panglima, seorang menjadi raja..
There are stories saying this is the tomb of a general to Syamsul Bahrin, not Syamsul Bahrin himself. In fact there are those who said there were two different Syamsul Bahrin. One became a general, another became a king.

Locals in turn said it belongs to a warrior known as Panglima Padang. His real name was Uteh Misai. He is known as Pahlawan Padang as he once defeated a field (the Malay word is Padang) full of enemies in a battle...

Makam (Tomb of) Laksamana Raja Mahkota Muhammad Arshad?

From the town of Teluk Intan we moved around 5 km to Batak Rabit and stopped by at the tomb area of the family of Laksamana Raja Mahkota besides the old mosque there.

Laksamana Raja Mahkota (something like the royal admiral)  is a standing for an offical of the Perak palace which is held by a certain bloodline from generation to generation.

Saya mahu mencari makam seorang moyang yang dikenali sebagai Laksamana Raja  Mahkota Muhammad Arshad. Beliau hidup penghujung abad ke-19 hingga awal abad ke-20 Masihi.
I want to find the tomb of a great-grandfather known as Laksamana Raja Mahkota Muhammad Arshad. He lived at the end of 19th century till early 20th century AD. Based on certain pointers maybe the tomb with high tombstones down here could belong to him...

Tetapi saya masih lagi mencari kepastian. Mungkin ada yang boleh membantu?
But I was still looking for confirmation. Maybe someone could help?

Rumah Freemason terawal di Teluk Intan? (Earliest Freemason house in Teluk Intan?)

Salam semua. Sesuatu daripada hujung minggu baru ini...
Peace be upon you all. Something from the recent weekend...

Jumaat petang 13 April 2018.
Friday afternoon 13th April 2018. Me and family left home to get to Yan, Kedah over 400 km away for a function. Stopped by at Teluk Intan, Perak and saw this building. Thus we went for a closer look.

Dah banyak kali pergi kami pergi Teluk Intan selama ini tak perasan pun bangunan ini. Tahun 1918 tertera pada satu bahagian.
We have been to Teluk Intan but all this while never noticed this building.. The year 1918 is featured at one section.

My wife put a picture of the building in Facebook and thus a person told this is the earliest Freemason building in Teluk Intan.

Kebetulan saya sedang mencari sejarah yang hilang tentang seorang moyang. Apakah Freemason terlibat dalam penggelapan sejarah beliau?
Coincidently I was looking for the lost history of a great-grandfather. Was the Freeason involved in covering up the history of the man?
