Wat Phra Si Sanpeth, Ayutthaya

Seterusnya kami bergerak ke bahagian utara kota lama Ayutthaya untuk melihat tapak bersejarah ini.
Next we moved to the northern section of the old city of Ayutthya to look at this historical site.





Kami pergi kerana di situ terletak tapak istana awal kerajaan Ayuthia...
We went there as that is where is situated the site of the old palace of the kingdom of Ayuthia.


Maklumat menyebut ini adalah sebahagian daripada kawasan istana yang dibina oleh raja pertama Ayuthia, Raja Ramathibodi I juga dikenali sebagai Raja U-Thong (memerintah 1350 hingga 1369). Pada tahun 1448 Raja Boroma-tri-loka-nat  mendirikan kuil diraja di kawasan ini. Ia diberi nama Wat Phra Si Sanpeth
This information says this is part of the royal grounds built by the first king of Ayuthia, King Ramathibodi I also known as King U-Thong (ruled 1350 to 1369). In the year 1448 King Boroma-tri-loka-nat build the royal temple in this area. It was given the name Wat Phra Si Sanpeth
