Dikenali sebagai Masjid Tuo ia adalah masjid lama di Tapak Tuan.
Known as Masjid Tuo (old mosque of) Al-Khairiyah it is the old mosque of Tapak Tuan.
Ia dikatakan telah dibina pada tahun 1276 Hijriah atau 1858 Masihi.
It is said to have been built in the year 1276 Hijriah or 1858 AD.
