Seterusnya saya masuk ke satu kawasan ladang berhampiran Batak Rabit di Teluk Intan. Saya mahu mencari tapak sebuah kota Belanda yang dibina dan siap tahun 1748.

Next I went to a plantation area close to  Batak Rabit in Teluk Intan. I want to look for the site of a Dutch fort which was built and completed in the year 1748.

Saya cuma dapat mendekati setakat dilihat dalam gambar disebabkan halangan seperti parit, paya dan semak tebal. Kota lama Belanda atau apa yang tinggal harus terletak lebih kurang 60 meter ke tengah gambar.

I could only approach up to what is seen in the picture due to obstacles like ditches, swamps and thick foliage. The old Dutch fort or whatever remained should be about 60 metres towards the centre of the picture.
