It is also known as Obelisk of Theodosius, erected in the year 390 AD.

Sebenarnya ia dibina oleh Firaun Thutmose III yang memerintah Mesir 1479–1425 Sebelum Masihi,

Actually it was built by Pharaoh Thutmose III who ruled Egypt1479–1425 BC.

Ia dipindahkan ke Istanbul, dahulu Constantinople oleh Maharaja Theodosius yang memerintah Rum Timue 379-395 Masihi.

It was moved to Istanbul, formerly Constantinople by Emperor Theodosius who ruled Eastern Rome 379-395 AD.
