Selamat datang ke Masjid Kota Blang, masjid utama untuk Kota Blang (juga disebut Kuta Blang atau Koeta Blang) merujuk kepada kawasan ini yang pernah menjadi pusat pemerintahan Samalanga.Welcome to the mosque of Kota Blang, the main mosque for Kota Blang (also pronounced as Kuta Blang or Koeta Blang) referring to this area which used to be the centre of rule for Samalanga.
Masjid ini diasaskan oleh Tun Sri Lanang (lihat Makam (Tomb of) Tun Sri Lanang) pertengahan abad ke 17. Namun diperbaharui dengan bangunan ini sekitar 200 tahun lalu.
This mosque was founded by Tun Sri Lanang (see Makam (Tomb of) Tun Sri Lanang) middle of the 17th century. Still it was renewed with this building about 200 years ago.
