Ke barat lagi terdapat bangunan ini.

Saya diberitahu ia dipanggil Gedung Tengku Bilik. Ada pula menyebutnya sebagai istana.

I was told it is called the Gedung (warehouse of) Tengku Bilik. There are those who say it is a palace.

Kalau tak salah Tengku Bilik adalah puteri kepada Raja Yusuf Al-Mahdi, Yang Dipertuan Muda Riau ke 10 (memerintah 1858-1899). Nama penuhnya Tengku Bilik Halima.

If not mistaken Tengku Bilik is the daughter of Raja Yusuf Al-Mahdi, the 10th Yang Dipertuan Muda Riau (ruled 1858-1899). Her full name is Tengku Bilik Halima.

Nampaknya istana ini sedang diperbaiki untuk pelancong. Kita lihat ke atas.
