Bezanya, dalam lawatan kali ini saya dibenarkan masuk ke satu kawasan yang ditutup kepada awam.

The difference is, in this visit I was allowed to get inside an area which is closed to the public.

Dapatlah melihat makam lebih dekat juga diberi kebenaran mengambil gambar...

So I could have a closer look at the tomb and was also given permission to take pictures...

Perjalanan diteruskan ke Masjid Sunan Ampel yang terletak di Ampel, pinggir kota Surabaya.

The trip was continued to the mosque of Sunan Ampel which is located at Ampel, at the fringe of the city of Surabaya.

Saya pernah di sini sampai sekali pertengahan tahun 2012...

I have arrived here once in the middle of the year 2012...

Tetapi ketika itu masjid sedang ditutup. Sedangkan saya tidak cukup waktu untuk menunggu ia dibuka. Lihat artikel lama Masjid (Mosque of) Sunan Ampel.

Makam (Tomb of) Raden Santri

Masuk ke pusat kota Grisek terdapat makam Raden Santri.

Entering the Grisek town centre there exists the tomb of Raden Santri.

Beliau adalah abang kepada Sunan Ampel, pemimpin majlis Wali Songo.

He is the elder brother to Sunan Ampel, leader of the council of Wali Songo (the 9 famous saints of Java).

Nama sebenar beliau adalah Sayyid Ali Murtadho.

His real name is Sayyid Ali Murtadho.

Terdapat beberapa makam lain dalam kawasan ini. Kalau tak salah ia milik anak-anak murid Raden Santri...

There exists a number of other tombs within this area. If not mistaken it belongs to pupils of Raden Santri...

Pagi Isnin 26 Oktober 2015. Saya pergi ke pinggir bandar Grisek untuk ke makam Sunan Giri.

Monday morning 26th October 2015. I went to the fringe of the town of Grisek to get to the tomb of Sunan Giri.

Seperti halnya di makam Sayyid Jamadil Kubro juga makam Maulana Malik Ibrahim saya pernah sampai di sini pertengahan 2012 pada waktu malam. Lihat artikel lama Makam (Tomb of) Sunan Giri.

Just like in the case of the tomb of Sayyid Jamadil Kubro also the tomb of Maulana Malik Ibrahim I have arrived here in the middle of 2012 at night. Look at the old article Makam (Tomb of) Sunan Giri.

Dan seperti halnya di makam Sayyid Jamadil Kubro juga makam Maulana Malik Ibrahim pada lawatan kali ini baru saya berkesempatan melihat keadaan waktu siang...

Ternyata ada perubahan tentang kompleks makam.

It is apparent there are changes on the tomb complex.

Sudah ada bumbung besar menutup kawasan sekeliling termasuk bangunan yang mengandungi makam Sunan Giri.

There is a big roof covering the surrounding area including the building which contains the tomb of Sunan Giri.
