Di bahagian selatan kota Ayutthaya pula terdapat bangunan makam ini.

At the southern section of Ayutthaya city in turn there lies this tomb building.

Ia mengandungi makam seorang tokoh Islam bernama Sheih Ahmad Qomi.

It contains the tomb of a Muslim personality named Sheikh Ahmad Qomi.

Beliau datang dengan adiknya Muhammad Said dari tanah Parsi awal tahun 1600an lalu menjadi orang penting dalam pentadbiran kerajaan Ayuthia...

He came with his brother Muhammad Said from the Persian lands in the early 1600s and became an important person in the administration of the kingdom of Ayuthia...

Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit

Ke selatan sedikit dari tinggalan kuil lama ada sebuah bangunan kuil yang lebih moden.

A bit to the south of the old temple remains there is a temple building which is more modern.

Ia dikenali sebagai Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit.

It is known as Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit.

Di dalamnya terdapat patung Buddha duduk gergasi yang katanya dibuat tahun 1538 Masihi.

Inside it there exists a giant Buddha sitting statue which is said to have been built in 1538 AD.

Kami pergi kerana di situ terletak tapak istana awal kerajaan Ayuthia...

Maklumat menyebut ini adalah sebahagian daripada kawasan istana yang dibina oleh raja pertama Ayuthia, Raja Ramathibodi I juga dikenali sebagai Raja U-Thong (memerintah 1350 hingga 1369). Pada tahun 1448 Raja Boroma-tri-loka-nat  mendirikan kuil diraja di kawasan ini. Ia diberi nama Wat Phra Si Sanpeth

This information says this is part of the royal grounds built by the first king of Ayuthia, King Ramathibodi I also known as King U-Thong (ruled 1350 to 1369). In the year 1448 King Boroma-tri-loka-nat build the royal temple in this area. It was given the name Wat Phra Si Sanpeth

Ia dipanggil Chedi Sri Suriyothai.

It is called Chedi Sri Suriyothai.

Katanya di dalam ini tersimpan abu mayat Permaisuri Suriyothai.

It is said inside here are kept ashes from the body of Queen Suriyothai.

Ia didekasikan untuk seorang permaisuri kerajaan lama Ayuthia. Nama beliau adalah Suriyothai.

It is dedicated to a queen of the old kingdom of Ayuthia. Her name is Suriyothai.

Beliau terkenal kerana mengorbankan nyawa untuk menyelamatkan suaminya, Raja Maha Chakkraphat (memerintah Ayuthia 1548-1564 dan 1568-1569). 

She is famous for sacrifising her life to save her husband, King Maha Chakkraphat (ruled Ayuthia 1548-1564 and 1568-1569).
