Terletak sekitar 1,500 kaki dari paras laut di lereng Gunung Seulawah adalah masjid di Pekan Saree ini.
Situated some 1,500 foot above sea level at the slopes of the mountain called Seulawah is this mosque of Pekan Saree.
Semasa saya sampai pertengahan Jun 2009, kelihatannya masjid ini seperti baru siap dibina atau diperbaiki.Went I arived here in the middle of June 2009, it looks like this mosque has just been completed or renovated.
Apapun, rekabentuknya agak menarik...Whatever, its design is rather interesting...

Kalau tak salah saya, ini adalah satu-satunya masjid di Pekan Saree, pekan kecil yang terletak di lereng gunung pada jalan utama Banda Aceh ke Medan.If I'm not mistaken, this is the only mosque at Pekan Saree, the small town situated at the mountain slopes on the main road from Banda Aceh to Medan.
Oh. Sebenarnya nama pekan ini cuma Saree sahaja. Tetapi orang selalunya menyebutnya sebagai Pekan Saree...Oh. Actually the name of this small town is just Saree. But people always pronounced it as Pekan Saree (the small town of Saree)...
