Dari atas anda boleh melihat jauh ke bandar peranginan Port Dickson.

From up there you could see far to the resort town of Port Dickson.

Sebenarnya gambar-gambar yang digunakan untuk artikel ini diambil tiga setengah tahun lalu.

Actually the pictures used in this article were taken three and a half years ago.

Walaupun saya ada pergi lagi ke sini 2 minggu lalu gambar yang diambil ketika itu sedikit sahaja.

Although I have been here again 2 weeks ago the pictures which were taken then were so few.

Ini disebabkan saya menyangkakan pernah membuat artikel tentang Kota Lukut di blogspot ini dahulu.

This is because I thought I have made an article on the fort of Lukut in this blogspot before.

Tadi baru saya tahu artikel tentang kota ini belum dibuat lalu saya pun menggunakan gambar-gambar lama.

Just now only did I realised an article on this fort has not been made and thus I used old pictures.

Di hadapan makam diraja rasmi yang bertembok pula kelihatan makam ini.

In front of the official royal tombs which is walled in turn could be seen this tomb.

Kain kuning yang menutup batu nesan menunjukkan ia juga milik kerabat diraja.

The yellow clothes which cover the tombstones show that it also belongs to royalty.

Cuba tidak disebut siapakah orangnya. Tetapi kelihatan ia orang penting di Lukut juga.

It's just who the person was is not mentioned. But it looks like he (or she?) was an important person in Lukut too.

Merujuk pada artikel Makam (tomb of) Raja Jumaat, Lukut, Negeri Sembilan yang dibuat tiga setengah tahun lalu. Dua minggu lalu saya pergi lagi ke makam itu.

Referring to the article Makam (tomb of) Raja Jumaat, Lukut, Negeri Sembilan made three and a half year ago. Two weeks ago I went again to the tomb.

Sebenarnya makam Raja Jumaat adalah satu di antara beberapa makam kerabat diraja di sekitar itu. Maka tempat ini secara umumnya dikenali sebagai makam diraja Lukut.

Actually the tomb of Raja Jumaat is one of the many royal tombs around here. Thus the place is generally known as the Lukut royal tombs (or mausoleum).

Yang inilah makam Raja Jumaat (turut dieja Jemaat). Baca butiran yang ada di Makam (tomb of) Raja Jumaat, Lukut, Negeri Sembilan.

Dalam artikel lama tersebut saya turut menunjukkan makam ini tetapi cuma menyatakannya sebagai makam kerabat diraja Selangor. Saya tidak menyebut nama pemiliknya Tengku Ampuan Basik.

In the said old article I have also showed this tomb but only mentioned it as the just the tomb of a Selangor royalty. I did not mention the name of its owner Tengku Ampuan Basik.

Semasa itu saya tidak tahu apakah pentingnya Tengku Ampuan Basik ini. Kemudian baru saya tahu baginda adalah permaisuri kepada Sultan ketiga Selangor, Sultan Muhammad Shah. Lihat artikel lama Makam diraja (Royal mausoleum of) Selangor, Bukit Melawati.

Saya tak tahu makam-makam ini milik siapa.

I don't know whose tombs these belong to.

Bergerak sekitar 500 meter ke puncak sebuah bukit kami sampai ke kawasan ini.

Moving around 500 metres to the summit of a hill we arrived at this area.

Kelihatan tembok-tembok lama.

Could be seen old walls.

Ia menghadap kawasan berdekatan sungai yang lebih rendah.

It faces the area nearby rivers which is much lower.

Di dalam lingkungan tembok terdapat juga makam.

Within the bounds of the walls there also exists tombs.

Inilah tapak Kota Tinggi, Riau, pusat pemerintahan empayar Johor-Riau-Lingga semasa zaman pemerintahan Sultan Ibrahim.

This is the the site of Kota Tinggi (literarily the high fort), Riau, the centre of administration of the Johor-Riau-Lingga empire during the rule of Sultan Ibrahim.

Berdekatan makam Sultan Ibrahim kelihatan sejumlah makam-makam lama.

Nearby the tomb of Sultan Ibrahim could be seen a number of old tombs.

Kemungkinan ia makam-makam pengikut baginda.

Probably it is the tombs of his majesty's followers.

Saya dapat melihat sebuah makam ditanda batu nesan Aceh.

I could see one tomb marked by Aceh tombstone.

Yang lain-lain nampaknya ditanda dengan batu biasa...

The others look like it is marked by common stones...

Makam (Tomb of) Sultan Ibrahim, Hulu Riau

Thursday 15th December we went again to Hulu Riau, Pulau (island of) Bentan.

Di satu bahagian terdapat makam ini.

At one part there lies this tomb.

Ia dikatakan makam Sultan Ibrahim Shah yang memerintah empayar Johor-Riau-Lingga 1677-1685.

It is said to be the tomb of Sultan Ibrahim Shah who ruled the Johor-Riau-Lingga empire 1677-1685.

Baginda adalah ayahanda kepada Sultan Mahmud Mangkat Dijulang. Lihat artikel lama Makam (tomb of) Sultan Mahmud Mangkat DiJulang. Di sebelahnya ini adalah makam seorang isteri.
